MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads

VHH+ cells were isolated from camelid PBMCs using MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads. VHH+ cells were stained with MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-Camelid VHH Cocktail [iFluor 647] (GenScript, A02019).

MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads

MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads are coated with anti-VHH antibodies and can be used to separate VHH+ cells from fresh or frozen camelid peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or single cell suspensions based on the surface expression of VHH.

Product Description MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads are superparamagnetic beads with a diameter of 1.5 µm. These beads are coated with anti-VHH antibodies and can be used to separate VHH+cells from fresh or frozen camelid peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or single cell suspensions based on the surface expression of VHH. To initiate the isolation process, the beads are added to the cell sample in a tube. After a brief incubation, the anti-VHH antibodies that are preconjugated to the beads will bind to the target cells that express VHH on their cell surface. The bead-bound cells can then be separated from the rest of the sample using a magnet. MonoRab™ Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads will provide excellent recovery of high-purity, viable cells for downstream molecular research.

Capacity for up to 5×108 camelid PBMCs every 500 μL microbeads.
Reactivity Alpaca, Llama and Camel VHH+ cells
